Teaching Mathematics is the official journal of the Queensland Association of Mathematics Teachers Inc. The aims of the journal are:
* to promote interest in mathematical education at all levels;
* to encourage and promote research in the teaching of mathematics; and
* to speak and act on matters related to mathematical education.
Educators, administrators, parents and students are invited and encouraged to contribute articles which relate to the teaching of mathematics at any level. Lesson plans and study guides are included in most issues.
