Flinders Law Journal

The Flinders Law Journal, is a refereed, scholarly journal with a national and international outlook. Formerly known as the Flinders Journal of Law Reform, the Journal publishes quality articles from all fields of the law (including law reform) and criminal justice. All articles are subject to double-blind review.
