Copyright: A User's Guide, Second Edition addresses all copyright forms including print, audio and visual arts, as well as online usage. It describes the provisions in the Copyright Act for dealing with copyright works and the licences available from the various collecting societies that monitor usage of works in educational institutions (e.g. CAL, VISCOPY).
This edition takes into account the amendments made to the Copyright Act to deal with increasing use of the Internet as a source of content as well as a delivery mechanism.
