The CAUTHE 2020 proceedings contain full research refereed papers, working papers and abstracts from the 2020 CAUTHE conference, held in Auckland, New Zealand on the 10-13 February 2020. The conference theme was "20:20 Vision: New perspectives on the diversity of hospitality, tourism and events", which resulted in a truly diverse range of topics from a truly diverse range of countries.
