Only administrators have access to usage statistics. Log in with your admin username and password and select Analytics in the main toolbar. 

All programs are viewed as progressive downloads. Video files may also be saved to a specific location. To save a video, use the Save As function.

It is recommended to download large files on a PC rather than a mobile device, and on campus rather than off campus.

Informit Admin is the administrative module for users of Informit and allows you to change your:

  • password or PIN code
  • display preferences
  • export preferences
  • sort options
  • branding options
  • logout URL
  • default interface (Simple or Advanced)
  • web holdings preferences
  • local support options
  • session timeout
  • pay per view.

Informit Admin allows you to see:

  • IP ranges assigned
  • referring URL assigned
  • subscriptions and expiry dates
  • statistical reports.

Note: any changes made here will apply across your entire organisation and its branches.

  • Log in to Informit Admin.
  • Go to the Statistics Admin tab at the top of the screen.
  • The link to instructions for accessing Informit statistics are located on this index screen.

Statistical reports can now be generated at any time of the day or night.
